The 8th Layer is often referred to as the user, the human element in an otherwise technology based model. A security program needs to address technology, process and people. There are plenty of off the shelf products that will do a fine job of protecting your networks, and there are plenty of policy templates on the web. But if you've been tasked with running a security awareness program and don't know where to start, you've arrived at the right place. Start by taking a look at the free planning sheet in our downloads section. Once you've completed the sheet, check out the blog for inspiration.
